I may be biased, but I don’t compliment unless due. Rachel and her fantastic team have not only helped me build my home but also that of friends too, some of which have travelled to Benems from all over London because they know of the stellar service and wonderful carpets et al that will become theirs. Benems grows from strength to strength with good reason, their reputation for first class service and first class products making them local legends. And last but not least, their charitable work in the local community is an exemplary blessing to all.

Have had a few projects completed by Rachel and her team now and have always found the service excellent. There is no pushy sales pitch just genuine and informative. We have used Benems for a log burner, fire surround and carpets and found everything to be great value for money. Definitely would recommend!!

An absolute pleasure using this company. From customer service to sales, needing help picking out Colors/ patterns, they are all fantastic and offer so much advice and support.The fitter is always professional clean and tidy work. Used Benems many times over many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Professional company do what they say made very welcome and offered coffee as soon as I arrived but no biscuits as it looked like they had ate the weeks supply in one day so next time I visit I will take my own biscuits. But besides that there employees knew exactly what they was doing and were tidy and clean and took there shoes of without being asked so would definitely recommend them.
