We have been a benems customer since 2003. Rachael always gives excellent customer service with a personal touch,always remembering your name. Our wood flooring has been down 13 years and looks as good as new, just about to replace our stair/landing and bedroom carpets also been down 13 years. Highly recommended for quality and friendly personal service.
