Went to Benems after being given the run around for 3 weeks from another firm. Saw Rachael Wednesday afternoon, she straight away ordered our flooring, arranged for someone to measure that evening and flooring to be fitted Saturday and Sunday. Fitter Simon went above and beyond. Brilliant service.
