Im a small property manager and have several properties. I have to replace my carpets every time a tenant moves out and I always go to Benems.. 1) For value for money and 2) because of the great customer service.

We have been a benems customer since 2003. Rachael always gives excellent customer service with a personal touch,always remembering your name. Our wood flooring has been down 13 years and looks as good as new, just about to replace our stair/landing and bedroom carpets also been down 13 years. From walking in the door, the staff are friendly and accomadating. They are very helpful and professional. I ordered all my carpets and flooring from benems. They was fitted quickly when it was convenient to me. The gutters were friendly and tidy.
