Eling Tide Mill situated on the edge of Southampton Water beside the New Forest
This historic mill is one of the only fully working and productive tide mills in the United Kingdom. A mill has stood on the site for over 900 years, but it was abandoned in the 1940s; it was restored in the 1970s and has been operating as both a working mill and a museum since 1980.
