Alzheimer's Society (Isle of Man) is a charity that champions the rights of everyone with dementia and those who care for them.Their vision is of a radically improved world for people with dementia.

 

They believe that people with dementia, and those who care for them, should have the opportunity to live a life of dignity in the community. Their lives should be free from discrimination and their human rights should be upheld and protected.

 

Alzheimer's Society ( Isle of Man ) ia a charity that strives to achieve universal access to quality services and is committed to investing in research into the causes, prevention, treatment and care of people with dementia.

Respite sitting service

This service is run in partnership with Crossroads Caring for Carers ( Isle of Man ).

 

The Carer Group

Meetings on the first Wednesday of every month starting at 10am at OPMHS (Older Persons Mental Health Service) reception area at Ballakermeen Road, Douglas, Isle of Man.

 

Living with Dementia

Living with Dementia is the national magazine of Alzheimer's Society - published monthly and sent to all members. The magazine is aimed at helping people cope with dementia.
