Winter Exhibition at Kilmorack Gallery
 - exhibiting artists include James Newton Adams’ faux-naive paintings, Eoghan Bridge’s sculptures of horses and riders, landscape by well-known artists Ruth Brownlee, Kirstie Cohen, Janette Kerr and Allan MacDonald.     

Health Walk @ Glan Tanar Visitor Centre - A Ranger-led walk, over easy ground. To recover/improve fitness & well-being.    

Food on Film - Food Hall – go along to the famous Festival Food Hall featuring BBC Radio Scotland’s Pennie Latin.

Family History for Beginners in Inverness - If you would like to find out more about researching your family tree this course will be of interest to you.  

Quiz Night - Royal British Legion, Nairn - 1st Friday of Every Month £2 Entry, Team Registration 7pm. 

Highland Spiritual Cinema - Inner World Outer World - a documentary film created by Canadian film maker and meditation teacher Daniel Schmidt.

Rock and Wrestle @ Dingwall Leisure Centre - combining the atmosphere of a rock concert with the excitement of a pro-wrestling event. 

Inverness Park Run – a chance get some exercise and get fit. This is a timed 5km run. Every Saturday - it's you against the clock and it's FREE.

Guiness World Record Pub Quiz - At exactly 7.30pm on Sunday 7 February 2016 thousands of pub quizzers, pub regulars, friends and family will be sitting down in their local to answer the first of a series of questions of an identical pub quiz, in an attempt to break the official Guinness World Record for the largest multi venue quiz.
