Fantastic company to have on your side, nothing is ever too much! Even if it isn't necessarily their responsibility to fix it for you, if it's an IT problem of any nature they will have you going again in a flash. Chris is a wonder of knowledge, and just a genuinely nice guy to go with it too.

We have been with Mike and his team for a while now, we have a lot of presentation work that we send out to our clients. The machine we have is more than capable in this requirement, Mike's team have been very good for us, installation, positioning of the machine and supplies has been first rate. I would thoroughly recommend Mike and his team to anyone in the market. Lastly, when I need supplies or support, they have a App I can do this on - really easy and quick. Keep up the great service!!

Our previous contract for our MFC was due for renewal earlier this year. We decided to get several quotes for a replacement device. Highland Copiers met with us, discussed our requirements and managed to offer a higher specification machine for the same (over inflated) price we had been paying for the previous three years. Remarkably, Highland Copiers offered a more competitive price per print. Their quote was more competitive than any others so after taking up a few good references we signed a contract.
They came at a day/time suitable to our business and setup the new device, not just physically but installed and configured on all PCs. Previous suppliers have left this to our IT department.
They also transferred all information from our previous device (such as hundreds of fax numbers we use).
On the install day they completed a short tutorial to get us going, and returned the following week to hold more detailed training with all of the staff.
Since the install, we have had some questions and queries and we always receive a response and often an engineer visit that same day.
I would recommend Highland Copiers to anyone considering a new MFC device as our experience has been better than that of other companies contracted in the past. Would be happy to give more detail to anyone that was interested.

I highly recommend Highland Copiers to any business with printing needs! Even though we are only a small company Mike found me a copier that is very affordable and has genuinely made us more efficient. We spend less time faffing around with printers / ink etc and it actually works out much cheaper than it used to for us. I can now also print things like certificates in house which has also greatly reduced our costs. Mike and Chris offer a really great service, they always manage to help immediately if I need anything. They offer a professional service with a personal touch.
