We are still finding that prices for houses are continuing to rise and we are extremely busy with conveyancing work in the local area but nevertheless we have still found that there are opportunities out there for our clients to negotiate very good deals in the current housing market.
Several of our litigation cases have now reached a critical stage and we are busy preparing for many court hearings across the country, this involves submitting large amounts of paperwork and evidence to the Courts in preparation for the final hearings set for the upcoming months.
In preparation for the beginning of the football season in August, we are currently very busy with placing foreign football players with English clubs and also placing ex-premier English players with local English clubs. This involves extensive work with regards to sorting out work permits for the foreign players and also finding and securing excellent opportunities for the large amount of young players we have coming over from Holland who are looking for their first break with an English football club.
The football transfer window is open and therefore there is a fair amount of work available in this area of business. We are dealing with a few potential transfers and the associated legal work dealing with work permits and travel visas.
