Sarah Bevan of Sarah's Cottages in Mickleton has been selected to compete in the fantastic new MasterChef Challenge, & will be cooking her signature dish of fillet of cod with chorizo red pepper and butterbean cassoulet, crisp white cod fritters & aioli for John Torode and Gregg Wallace at the BBC Good Food Show, at the NEC on Sunday 19th June 2011! Very best of luck to Sarah for her debut and fingers crossed she gets through to the next round! Guests at her delightful "Custard Cottage" in Mickleton really will know they're staying somewhere special!
