The George @ Brailes is now under the management of Michelin Award winning chef Bill Leadbeater and family! The aim is to re-create the perfect Cotswolds pub, with a warm and welcoming bar area, complete with log fire and mullion windows, complemented by a well kept cellar from Hook Norton Ales and topped by a really excellent menu. Good, local and traceable ingredients are skilfully prepared and presented by Bill and his team - all meals are prepared to order - no "fast food" or pre-prepared meals at The George!
This great local also has 4 attractive letting rooms, complete with wi-fi, luxurious bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. Add to this a great Cotswolds breakfast with free range eggs and home cured bacon - you really can't go wrong!
Brailes is within easy reach of Cheltenham (& the famous racecourse), Oxford and Stratford on Avon as well as all the delightful villages of the Cotswolds.
