Windsurfing !!!!
Have you ever fancied a go at windsurfing ?
It is such a great sport for all ages. Our water park here started in the 80’s as a windsurfing centre, we now do many other land and water-based activities for individuals, families and groups.
One of our most popular clubs is our U15’s windsurfing club that we run on a Wednesday evening (March – Oct) 5pm – 7pm. There is great club atmosphere – we guarantee anyone that comes will have a brilliant time ! The session costs just £12, for this you will get a wet suit and buoyancy aid, windsurfer and an instructor to teach you all the basics.
Some of the guys who have been down to the club this year are also getting involved with some racing events that we host at our centre and do away events at other centres during the summer.
Last weekend we went down to a lake just south of Bristol at “Axbridge reservoir” to compete against their team. It was such a lovely day for all participants and their families a picture perfect day ! We were so pleased at the end of the day go home with the winning team award (everyone in our team went home with a 1st or 2nd prize award to take home).
Please come down if you fancy joining in with the Wednesday night fun, no need to book – just turn up !
