Walk more .... feel the difference.
A regular short walk can really make a difference to how you feel - here are just some of the benefits:
Feel good, reduce stress, improve sleep, increase energy, reduce blood pressure and keep your heart strong.
Often the encouragement we all need to exercise is to go with someone else - so it's great news that right here in Tewkesbury there is a walking group who are "Walking for Health".
They meet every monday by the Abbey at 1.30pm for about an hour's walk. All ages and abilities very much welcomed. Please just turn up.
