Vivid gets the gold for its top class PR standards

Gloucestershire-based marketing communications consultancy Vivid has just been awarded its Consultancy Management Standard – the  gold standard of service for its excellence in Public Relations.

Vivid, headed by Directors Caroline Rawlinson and Hilary Allison, is one of just 140 in the UK to receive the gold seal of approval from the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) for its high levels of quality standards in management, communication and service delivery.

The company, which celebrated its third birthday this year, received its CMS after an independent audit on a set of eight key criteria which each had to be passed and a score of at least 75% achieved overall.
The audit tests covered the key business areas of leadership and communications, business planning, business improvement, financial systems, campaign management, client satisfaction, new business and people management.

Earlier this year Vivid won Gloucestershire Media’s Contribution to the Community category in the Gloucestershire Women in Business Awards and last year scooped three awards for its work in community relations, public sector and integrated communications, at the West of England’s Pride awards run by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
