Last Monday we hosted our second "Evening with thebestof" event, although it was our first joint do with thebestof Evesham.
The event was hosted at The Beckford Inn and there were over 50 in attendance from close to 40 businesses.
The Beckford laid on a fantastic BBQ and allowed us to christen their amazing, brand new Marquee which can hold well over 100 people (160 without a dance floor, 120 with).
As with all our events, we have a nominated charity - which we raise money for on the night.
This time we raised money for Team Tewkesbury .
Peter Godwin will be cycling from Tewkesbury to Paris as part of the Royal British Legion Pedal to Paris 2010 .
The event commences on the 2nd of September in London's Greenwich Park and concludes four days later at the Arc de Triomphe, Paris, approximately 280 miles.
Peter however, will add a further 120 miles in the preceding two days by cycling solo from Tewkesbury to London.

The evening was a great success with the raffle raising almost £135 and Peter gaining additional funds in the form of sponsorship, bring the total close to £200 on the night.
