Organised by Tewkesbury Borough Council, in association with local Programme for the day business Smartline Ltd, it will follow the success of the first B2B Event, which attracted over 130 businesses.
B2B Tewkesbury will include a range of seminars, the opportunity to
network over lunch and the chance for businesses to build new contacts.
There will also be a wide selection of exhibitors on hand to offer advice and services.
The event will be officially opened at 10am by Councillor Phil Taylor, Lead
Member for Economic Development & Promotion, Tewkesbury Borough
Council, followed by a series of short talks focused on the new government agenda and business growth.
The Comprehensive Spending Review and the Big Society will be key topics at the event. Mike Dawson, Chief Executive of Tewkesbury Borough Council, will give an overview on the potential effects.
Delegates will also benefit from inspirational advice on how to grow your business effectively from business guru Richard Denny.
There will also be an update on the proposed Local Enterprise Partnerships which are due to replace the current Regional Development Agencies.
A networking buffet lunch is available between 12.30-2pm which will be FREE for the first 50 delegates.
Throughout the day there will also be an opportunity to visit the wide range
of exhibitors and local organisations present at the event - helping you to gain new business and contacts.
