Free Parking For Tewkesbury Christmas Lights!

As Christmas approaches, Tewkesbury has opened up its doors (and carparks) to visitors. Come on, give us a look!

Shelby Powell, of Tewkesbury Chambers of Commerce has passed out this great news in the Chambers Newsletter tonight.

Tewkesbury Borough Council are offering visitors and shoppers FREE parking in Tewkesbury in the run-up to the festive season.

This is to help local retailers, and to encourage people to shop locally to increase footfall in the high street.

The dates are :

Tewkesbury Borough Council's lead member for economic development and promotion, councillor Phil Taylor said: off"We're hoping the free car parking will encourage even more visitors to come and see what the borough has to offer at this special time of year."

The car parks offering free parking are :

  • Station Road
  • Spring Gardens
  • Oldbury Rd
  • Bishops Walk
  • Railsmeadow
  • Vineyards
  • St Mary's Lane
  • Gloucester Road

A great opportunity to come and see Tewkesbury & get into the festive spirit. Wonderful stalls, shops and Christmas activities.
