CYCLE FOR FUN DAY
on January 18th 2011, near to where you work
You don’t even need to bring a bike – you just need 10 minutes to spare!
Between 10am – 3pm at:
Launchpad, next to G4S on International Drive OR
MOOG off the A46 on Ashfield Way
Everyone who takes part in the Cycle for Fun Day will be entered into a prize draw to win £150 to spend on cycling stuff at Halfords.
At the event you can take part in the Cycle Challenge for a chance to meet and compete with your colleagues and neighbouring J9 businesses.
What’s the Cycle Challenge?
• It’s a cycle relay and quiz.
• It’s easy and fun and suitable for experienced and novice cyclists.
• It takes about 10 minutes.
• Bicycles and cycle helmets will be provided.
• You can sign up as an individual or as a team of 5.
• Prizes available for the top scoring individual and team!
And, if the Cycle Challenge isn’t for you….
Fancy giving cycling a go but not been on a bike in years?
Then get back in the saddle by signing up for a Cycle Taster Session and get a 10 minute trial on a new bike under the supervision of trained cycling instructors.
And if you’ve already discovered the joys of cycling….
Then bring your bike down for a Bike Maintenance Check. Our “Dr Bike” mechanic will be onsite throughout the day.
