Super friendly and helpful staff! Very knowledgeable about what different breeds of dog may like. Also, my mastiff is an old girl and the shop owner suggested which treats would be suitable for her age. Highly recommend.

This pet shop is wagnificent! I thought I'd paws for a moment to express how much me and my pup love visiting here.
Lewis and the team are so lovely! On hand to offer advice, cheery faces and product recommendations.
It might be a small store but there is so much on offer. They have a wide range that they continuously add to, exploring new products and brands. All top quality! Foods, treats, toys, practical items, harnesses... everything! They have a great room for harnesses and leads. We had Lili fitted for a brilliant harness.
We did the puppy classes with Lewis as well so he's always happy to offer a tid bit of advice when we chat about Lili's progress.
Honestly, we absolutely love it here and we'll be more than happy to keep coming back again and again.

Also on the premises is Hair of the Dog Grooming and Dogs Behaving Gladly - Dog Training.
All staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful; always putting the best interests of the dogs first.

An amazing local, independent business with a huge heart.
During a difficult period The Empawrium provided advice, support & products to keep my two dogs happy and healthy (paws up from Kira & Max… except on wash days) 😂
At one point I wasn’t sure I could even keep them due to my health, but Sam & Lewis went above & beyond to make life a little easier until I got back on my feet. I’m soooo grateful for their kindness & genuine love, care & knowledge for all things canine; they’re humble but they really do know everything (about dogs anyway)!
Plus, they have the best meet & greet assistant I’ve ever met… Kevin 🐾
