Initially had our two dogs groomed beautifully by Sam but sadly they are no longer with us. Now have a Cavalier KC puppy 8 months old today and have been going to the Empawrium for puppy food, grooming sessions and also attended puppy training course with Lewis (Dogs Behaving Gladly) we all enjoyed the course really helpful and met some lovely people and puppies. Sam and Lewis have been a uper helpful over food and nutrition for our puppy who has recently decided he’s a picky eater. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop and all its services to fellow dog lovers.

Empawrium is absolutely unique to the area, and must visit for dog owners. They have an incredible range of products available which are all of exceptional quality following a boat load of research Sam and Lewis conduct. Speaking of Sam and Lewis, they are wonderful people and are incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects - Sam is more than just a fantastic groomer, and Lewis is more than just an excellent dog trainer.
Being able to bring your pup in to meet the team and to discuss how things are going is also another huge plus for Empawrium. Sam and Lewis make loads recommendations to help with behavioural issues or to provide tips to owners for pretty much anything; this isn’t necessarily a service, but it seems to just come up through conversations as they both have a clear passion and desire to see both owner and dog be as great as they can be.
I have previously placed a review for Hair of the Dog - Sam’s dog groom business — where I wax lyrical about how excellent it is too so please check this out if you’re interested. I don’t want to clog up the review of the shop but long story short, best groomer we’ve ever had and brilliant with our exceptionally defiant pup!
If you’re a dog owner in the Sutton area and beyond, this place should be on your radar. The quality of product is fantastic and they can cater for pretty much all of your dogs needs.

I had such an amazing experience at Empawrium in Sutton Coldfield! The shop is a treasure trove of natural dog treats and food. The team, including Sam, Lewis, Mia, and the adorable shop dog Kevin, create a wonderfully warm and friendly atmosphere. Their knowledge is exceptional, and they've been incredibly supportive as we welcomed our new puppy Mia. I highly recommend their training classes and grooming facilities. The harness fit room is also top-notch. Empawrium is truly a great place for all your dog's needs!
