Autumn is in full swing and Sudbury is packed with things to do throughout October.
The Bridge Project is a local charity in Sudbury supporting vulnerable adults in our community through provision of personal development training and services for the elderly.

There is an eight week period in May that really gets my taste buds going – asparagus season. Last year I spent a whole month just buying locally, and this seasonal vegetable featured significantly on the Wilby menu plan.
This week, I spent a very pleasant day at Mill Green Brewery, Edwardstone, near Sudbury brewing a light golden hoppy ale, called Lady’s Smock.
