I attended HMO course in January 2015 in Stevenage and it was fantastic.
I found the course to be the best I have been on. The numbers on the course allowed for great learning as Tracey had the time to give us a lot of one to one coaching when working on particular areas on our laptops.
The course content was excellent and I learnt everything I felt I needed to get me going. The only thing I haven’t done yet is purchase an HMO but that is more to do with my disposable time and Tracey is still pushing me hard regularly on that one so I will get one very soon.
In summary, the course and the experts far exceeded my expectations and I would strongly recommend people go on this course to kick start their HMO journey.

I have worked with Tracey's help for over a year now. She welcomed me into the fold as her first single female investor and we hit it off immediately.
I appreciate her "no nonsense " approach. She has some great local knowledge of the property market in Stevenage and has developed excellent working relationships with the council. This greatly assists with planning and building control and also any HMO licensing issues.
I have found her to be prompt and timely dealing with any queries I have and very supportive in general. She has the back up of a local firm of tradespeople who have carried out successful refurbs for me.
I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey and her services to any one thinking if investing in property.

I've been using Vincent Giddings since last summer and found them to be extremely easy to deal with and very responsive to any issues that come up. The inspection report they produce is very good and they organise maintenance, cleaning and gardening making life easier for me as a landlord. Most importantly, they were able to find tenants for the rooms in my property within 2 weeks of putting them on the market. I will certainly be using them again for my next property and wouldn't do so unless I was happy with the service.
