We sold out property through Vincent Giddings who we can't recommend enough. The service we received from day one to finish was first class, they let us up to date continuously and managed to sell our house twice! Number one estate agents in our eyes!

Vincent Giddings sold our house within 2 weeks, we always got regular feedback and were always on hand with help and advice. We loved their fixed fees which saved us a lot of money and they don't tie you in to any fixed lengthy contracts! I would highly recommend Vincent Giddings if you are looking to sell your house.

Vincent and Giddings have looked after my rental property from day one and at all times have been extremely knowledgable and professional. Vincent Giddings give that personal service that I was looking for as a first time landlord. They have offered much advice and guidance vital for a first timer such as myself. My property has been managed professionally and required little effort/imput from of myself and has always been with a tennant over the last 3 years. Vincent Giddings were efficient, co-operative & accommodating to the sale of my property! They endeavoured to see the sale through and went above and beyond in the final stages of the sale! I've been using Vincent Giddings since last summer and found them to be extremely easy to deal with and very responsive to any issues that come up. The inspection report they produce is very good and they organise maintenance, cleaning and gardening making life easier for me as a landlord. Most importantly, they were able to find tenants for the rooms in my property within 2 weeks of putting them on the market. I will certainly be using them again for my next property and wouldn't do so unless I was happy with the service.

This firm was recommended to me by Tracey, a lady with a lot of experience in HMOs. I was happy to give them a go, on her recommendation.
I have found them to be excellent. each problem is dealt with expeditiously, each room has been filled by good tenants who are properly vetted.
The rent is transferred immediately and their record keeping is exemplary.
I would rate them 5/5 and highly recommend this firm to others. Keep up the good work VG!

VG were recommended to me after the completion of my HMO's and knowing how incredibly labour intensive they are to manage, I decided to give them a try – and boy I’m glad I did! They do everything from arranging the gardening and cleaning, to meter readings and repairs, all without too much involvement from me. They even text you with progress on viewings…! Great job guys!

The team led by Paul are efficient, people-orientated and great communicators. I never have to worry about my tenants - they are looked after and when they need to leave, the next tenants are found automatically. The quarterly inspections provide a clear picture too. Really professional outfit - they make everything feel easy. If only there was an option to give them 10 stars!

I used Vincent Giddings to sell my house. They took great photos of my house and had a buyer within a couple of weeks. The sale went through really quickly and they kept me informed all the way. I really liked there no contract tie in period and there very competitive fees. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
