I have used Tiger Flooring on a number of times both in my home in Welwyn Garden City and also in our new home in Meldreth. On ALL occasions the service, pre, during and post job has been of the utmost professionalism from all members of the team. Having moved from a modern to an older property Tony's advice on the types of flooring that would suit our current home has been invaluable. The workmanship and efficiency of the jobs has always been outstanding and I cannot recommend Tony and team highly enough.

At very short notice at their busiest time of the year Tiger Flooring came and looked at the job (vinyl floor tiles in a new shower room and toilet), gave us a fair price including supplying the tiles, and kept us informed about the likely fitting date which turned out to be spot on. The job was done quickly and expertly and we were very pleased with the result and very relieved as we hadn't realised that the tiles go down first with the furniture laid on them, not tiled around. Our fitter thought we knew! So glad we found Tiger Flooring (an internet trawl) as they are a truly professional outfit and brilliant with it.

Yes they are a nice family busines and people you can trust. We've used them for several floorings jobs at our house and our daughter's house. We've had Karndean floor tiles laid in both kitchens and one bathroom-superb jobs with contrasting seam strips. We've had carpet laid along stairs- great job. We know them now and leave them with the door key to post through the letter box on completion.

When it comes to having home improvements, you only want to use the BEST! So this is exactly why we use Tiger Flooring for all our carpet and flooring needs. Our house is either laminated or carpeted throughout and it looks amazing and is always complimented by friends and family when they visit. If you want fantastic customer service and quality but friendly tradesman working in your home these are the people to contact! Not only is the work to a very high standard but nothing is too much trouble from start to finish. Tony also has a great eye for "new styles and different carpet/laminate variations". With Janette and Kath in the office and the added skills of Connor the business really seems to be going from strength to strength. Keep up the good work guys!

If you want 100% customer service, if you want 100% courteous workmen, if you want 100% quality goods, if you want 100% satisfaction, then this is the flooring company for you. Not only do they have a fantastic showroom, where they will spend as much time going through things with you as you wish, as well as offering different designs, they will also let you take samples home to try out first, and before any orders are placed, they will send someone round to measure up fully, and also, offer other alternatives and ideas. I have had every type of flooring now from Tiger Flooring, wood, carpet and Karndean, and all of it has been installed to exceptional standards. Once they have arranged an installation date with you, they will send you regular reminders, and more importantly, they will turn up as promised on the date allocated. The workmen are so polite and tidy, you would not even know that they were there! I thoroughly recommend this company and would not use anyone else !

Thank you to the Tiger Flooring team who made the whole process from start to finish as easy as possible for us. Tony, Janette, Connor and Kathryn were great to work with and nothing was too much trouble. We recently had the whole of the ground floor of our house replaced with quickstep laminate. The service we received from Tony and the team was fantastic from start to finish. The quality of the fitting was excellent and the old floor was removed and disposed. I would highly recommend Tiger flooring and we will be using them again soon for a new bedroom carpet.

Tiger flooring carpeted my whole flat before we moved in. They did an excellent job, the carpet and underlay was high quality and the fitting was perfect. All this for a very competitive price! They even come back on the day of our move to fit our bedroom carpet, I can't thank them enough, If you need carpet or flooring I would 100% recommend Tiger Flooring.

Tiger flooring were extremely helpful even from the carpet selection stage, we described the sort of thing we were looking for and were presented with numerous suitable styles, spoilt for choice. We soon settled on a style that was perfect for us. We did however shop around just in case and was pleased to find that no one could compete on selection and price. We received great communication throughout and any questions were always swiftly answered. Fitting was arranged at a date and time to suit us and we didn't even have to be home to assist. The finished result is fantastic, we are over the moon. The attention to detail on fitting is perfect, cannot fault it. And the quality of the carpet both looks and feels far more premium than it actually was. I have had very complimentary feedback on the carpet particular from people who have used other companies for theirs and were particularly keen on the fitting, far better they said than anything they had seen before. We had arranged for disposal of old carpet and was pleased to find that all remains had been removed and our house was clean and tidy as if they'd never been. Great company, great carpet, would definitely recommend.

Extremely happy with the quality of work and professionalism from all the staff at tiger flooring, i have used them now for years and will continue to do so, very helpful in the Showroom to make sure i was happy with my carpet before and after fitting, Advising me on the difference in quality's and comfort. Tony and his team are pleasant and thoughtful making sure the fitting left little disruption to my household as possible.
