If you're looking for something a little special, you could try some photographs - ready made or why not go for a portrait or group sitting? It's worth taking a look at both Don Lambert and Aquila.
Still on the art trail, there's Richard Pyne who has an inspirational range of original art and prints. And if it's something sculptural you're after, why not take a look in Stamford's own gallery, St Leonard's Gallery where sculptor Rob Fogell showcases his own work as well as that of other artists in the UK and arts and crafts from the local area.
For the ladies we are spoilt for choice in Stamford, with wonderful women's clothing at Georgi Collections, Nancy French and Vive M. Take a look at each and see which you think fits the ladies in your life (Vive M have shops in Oakham and Uppingham as well)
