Coarse fishing pools in Staffordshire
Pillaton Hall Farm is home to four well-stocked coarse fishing pools, all enjoying far reaching views over Cannock Chase. Built by the Pearce family in the late 1990's the pools have been regularly stocked with good quality fish, sourced from some of the oldest lakes in the UK.
The pools are all stocked with a variety of species ranging from 1 inch skimmer bream to 20lb monster carp. All are welcome at Pillaton Pools, young and old; although all children under-16 must be accompanied by an adult for their own safety.
Pillaton Pools’ facilities for disabled fishermen, including purpose-built pathways and fishing platforms combined with its enviable location means that it draws fishermen looking for a good day’s coarse fishing from across Staffordshire including Penkridge and Stafford as well as from Wolverhampton, Stoke-on-Trent and the West Midlands.
