Sometimes it's difficult to know where to begin in order to change elements of yourself or your life, however if you take the first step by working with a psychologist, the difficulties become easier to overcome and change.
Through Psychological Therapy and Life Coaching, I work with individuals, groups and various organisations including NHS,Voluntary Organisations, Granada TV and other Private Companies. I also have a Private Practice in Eccleshall and in Stafford Town Centre.
I AM REGULATED BY THE HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL TO ENSURE CLIENT PROTECTION. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THIS LEVEL OF PROTECTION IS ENSURED FOR PUBLIC SAFETY.

Cruse Bereavement Care in Stafford is part of a national charity which aims to help adults and children who have lost someone close to them. It has no religious affiliation. Cruse offers the opportunity to talk through feelings of loss, in confidence, with a trained, CRB checked Bereavement Support Volunteer.
