As a former customer of Giggs & co I would like to say a big thank you for dealing with the sale of my house in such an efficient way. The service, support and success I got from Giggs really was second to none. So far I have recommended four other people to Giggs estate agents all of whom have had the same good service and success as myself.
I think the reasons behind the success of Giggs & co are all to do with doing the basics very well. Some of these include; good communication, being realistic and setting achievable goals, and most of all not forgetting the needs of the customer.
I couldn't recommend Giggs enough they really are better than the rest!

Being new to the area it is always a challenge to find tradesman you can trust. I Found Waynes details on The Best of St Neots site, after reading the reviews, I decided to give him a call. He arrived "on time" to give a quote for fitting a bedroom carpet we already had and to replace two other bedroom carpets. I found Wayne and his assistant (sorry forgot his name) very polite, hardworking and respectful of my property and belongings. Price was very competitive, the work was done to very high standard, and my husband and I are very happy with it. Would I use Him again "Yes" and would confidently recommend Wayne at Champion Capets to any of my friends with confidence another big "Yes"! :) Thank you !

Would certainly recommend Ian - he helped us to design a cupboard to fit into a difficult space and a stand for out TV - he made them up himself and did a really good job - he was also very clean and tidy - would call him again without any hesitation to do more work.

As a two happy customers I wanted to give feedback on the good service, professionalism and knowledge that Kevin Fisk Heating and Plumbing Ltd. gave to us.
We had a Air source Heat Pump fitted in Oct 2013 and we are delighted. Kevin helped from end to end with the process, assessing our needs and finding us a solution to fit our current house and enough capacity if we wish to extend.
Kevin was punctual at all appointments which for us and our busy lives was highly appreciated. Kevin gave advise and offered solutions but let us have input into the fine details and we feel he allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed.
We trusted Kevin and his team to work unsupervised in our home fitting the system and they were very neat, tidy and respectful of our home.
Once the new system was fitted Kevin has been back on a couple of occasions to help with bedding in issues and help us to fill in Green Deal Paperwork.

I simply cannot recommend the St Neots Cleaning Company highly enough. They represent what many of us remember as the way a business should be--run by honest people with character and integrity who will do their best to take care of their customers. Even the base housing guys were impressed saying it was the best clean they've even seen (and they've seen a lot!) There really is no other company I trust to be in my home. I'm writing this review from the States...trying to figure a way to get them out here, because they are superior to any cleaning company I've come across not only In UK, but even the States!
