He is very approachable and took great care to explain what was required, and how it would work. His prices are also very competitive. Friendly, honest, and professional service. It was so easy to book our MOT with Tackwood. They accommodated me with a date that suits. They have a good parking lot, which is always a plus. The team was very friendly from booking to arrival to payment. The person who booked me in even took the time to show me how to walk to the nearest shops so that I could comfortably spend my waiting time.
