The service we received from Giggs and Co impressed us on multiple levels.
Having dealt with other estate agents in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by their fresh approach.
When trying to sell our property, they came up with a realistic valuation based on their excellent knowledge of the local market. They have the ability to match people with the properties that will work for them and, in our opinion, there is one main reason for this:
Matt & Team really listen effectively to what their customers are seeking. They take time to get to know the individuals and their circumstances. They therefore can select the homes that will suit their requirements and, at the same time, bring forward other properties for them to consider.
We found all members of the team incredibly professional but, at the same time, delightfully friendly. Every question, query and issue was resolved promptly and every phone call was returned the same day. Their customer service is simply outstanding.
They were a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their property and/or embark on the process of finding a home.

As a former customer of Giggs & co I would like to say a big thank you for dealing with the sale of my house in such an efficient way. The service, support and success I got from Giggs really was second to none. So far I have recommended four other people to Giggs estate agents all of whom have had the same good service and success as myself.
I think the reasons behind the success of Giggs & co are all to do with doing the basics very well. Some of these include; good communication, being realistic and setting achievable goals, and most of all not forgetting the needs of the customer.

Being new to the area it is always a challenge to find tradesman you can trust. I Found Waynes details on The Best of St Neots site, after reading the reviews, I decided to give him a call. He arrived "on time" to give a quote for fitting a bedroom carpet we already had and to replace two other bedroom carpets. I found Wayne and his assistant (sorry forgot his name) very polite, hardworking and respectful of my property and belongings. Price was very competitive, the work was done to very high standard, and my husband and I are very happy with it. Would I use Him again "Yes" and would confidently recommend Wayne at Champion Capets to any of my friends with confidence another big "Yes"! :) Thank you !

We had a Air source Heat Pump fitted in Oct 2013 and we are delighted. Kevin helped from end to end with the process, assessing our needs and finding us a solution to fit our current house and enough capacity if we wish to extend.
Kevin was punctual at all appointments which for us and our busy lives was highly appreciated. Kevin gave advise and offered solutions but let us have input into the fine details and we feel he allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed.

Once the new system was fitted Kevin has been back on a couple of occasions to help with bedding in issues and help us to fill in Green Deal Paperwork.
