Myself and my 2 daughters have used Jodie’s salon for our piercings on a number of occasions. Booking is super easy online and Jodie’s salon is pristine. Jodie is also very knowledgeable and great with younger ones, putting them easily at ease. Jodie’s aftercare is also great and she’s always available to answer any questions.

Had our annual MOT with our reliable Tackwood. I have complete faith and trust in this organisation. They always have great communication on any advisories or issues with the car and don’t do work that’s not essential. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We needed work following MOT and it was done in the same day as the MOT even though they had to order parts. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Keep up the good work guys and girls! It’s appreciated

We have rented a boat before but this time took extra guests including 2 young children. Sadly when we arrived the boat had developed a fault and was running behind schedule. We were offered a later start time or a full refund. We were happy to wait as had been looking forward to the trip. At the revised start time the lady advised that she struggling reaching to reattached the pipe causing the issue. My son being a bit handy stepped in and was able to fix the problem allowing us to enjoy our trip.
Once underway we had a super time. We had a comprehensive safety briefing and the little ones got fitted with life jackets. We were encouraged to wave at anyone looking and look out for wildlife. We spotted many herons and were lucky enough to see a kingfisher skimming the river.
2 hours is plenty if you don’t want to bother with locks. We had Bruce this time and she is plenty big enough for 8. The boat is well equipped for locks or mooring and has a blanket and cushions plus a captains hat of course.
We had a super trip and when we returned we were advised that a partial refund had been issued because of the issues and delay.
We will definitely hire again.
