Fantastic service. Had a bearing fail at 12-15pm on a Saturday of the Easter bank holiday weekend. Thought I had zero chance of getting one but phoned JM Bearings and Andy's father came down, opened up, identified the bearing I needed and found one for me. It's that kind of service you just can't get from big franchised companies - thank you so much, saved me a huge amount of trouble.

My oven broke down just a day before I was due to bake my daughter birthday cake. I found Jennie from a quick Google search and can't say how grateful I am that she was able to help out at such short notice! She was prompt to reply to all of my messages, very helpful and was able to take the order from me with such short notice. Her price was more than reasonable, the cake was ready in time and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend, thank you Jennie! Hayley

Can I just say a big thank you to all at Binney and Sims, I just can't believe how easy you made the whole process of planning, design and building for our new orangery.
A big thank you too to your workers, polite and courteous with such attention to detail. Having had bad experiences with tradesmen previously we were very cautious but you have restored our faith and would definitely recommend you to all our friends. By the way our orangery you designed and built looks GREAT!!

I booked jennies cakes for my daughters christening afternoon tea, had a wide range of sandwiches and cakes, everyone was commenting about how lovely the food was and how good the service was! Her team were always replacing the sandwiches and cakes and topping up everyone's drinks! Cannot fault the service they provided! I also had my christening cake made and had a sweetie cart! The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing! And the sweetie cart had a wide range of sweets that everyone enjoyed! On the whole a great service provided and would definetly recommend jennies cakes!
