I've done the dry suit course with Steve and he is a wonderful Instructor. Made things so easy to learn and fun. I still have an open water dive to perform which I'm so excited for it. Steve is very professional, easy going and goes the extra mile to make your diving experience memorable. I totally recommend this company to everyone at all levels and I will be diving with them from now on.

We 100% recommend Binney&Sims services. We wanted to extend our 3 bed detached house and really could not get our head around how we wanted to design it. We had all the questions everyone does, such as "can we do this, can we do that" and it was quite frustrating not having the knowledge. We also did not want to pay alot of money for our initial designs in case we wanted to change them. Every Architect we looked at or considered, offered packages that were just so expensive, none were less than £1000-£3000. I was advised by a friend to consider technical drawers instead. While searching for one, I found B&S and called them immediately. I spoke to Katie who gave me advice over the phone and arranged to visit us. She arrived on time, was well presented, very friendly and easy to talk to. She is full of knowledge about the building trade and put all our ideas into order. We didnt look at anyone else after meeting Katie and hired her services. Within a week, we had recieved our 1st set of drawings. They were brilliant and exactly what we imagined our extension would look like. The drawings were very professional and easy to understand. We requested some slight amendments which Katie did with no fuss or bother and in quick time. We then instructed Katie to submit our drawings for planning permission. It went very smoothly and we were kept upto date all the way by Heather at B&S. What we loved was we knew exactly what was happening, when it was and roughly how long things were going to take.
The flex in B&S's communication was brilliant. We kept in contact mainly through their FB page - messenger, so it was nice and easy. A couple of times we would send a message at 6pm or after and would still recieve a reply in minutes. If we needed anything we just gave them a call and the phone was always answered.
Finally, the bill from B&S was absolutely spot on. I genuinely believe their fees are a fair figure and completely realistic.
The other positive non stressful factor was that we did not have to buy the whole package (1st drawings, PP submission, structural calcs, full management of the build) we could pick and choose what we wanted. This worked really well for us; because we have a friend who is a structural engineer and was helping us do the calcs. He was also very impressed with the drawings and even happier when B&S sent them via email in a format he was able to use and adjust to how he needed them to be.
If we need this type of service again the I would 100% use B&S. Its a breath of fresh air to find a professional, reliable and friendly firm that doesnt charge the earth but provides the same quality service you'd expect after paying thousands. Thanks guys
