Midweek visit as a treat. Fairly standard but staff were very helpful. Couldn't get the machine to scan my prepaid ticket, turned out the scanner was broken on the machine I chose.
Seats have lots of legroom and comfy enough, clean and tidy.

I have been for piercings before, which are always great, but today was my first treatment. I had a facial & Japanese head spa treatment which I would absolutely recommend. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. All the products used smelled amazing, the massaging techniques Jodie used were so relaxing & my hair & skin both feel so soft. The atmosphere in the room was very lovely & I felt very at ease. Thank you so much! I will absolutely be back soon x

I’ve had all my piercings done with Jodie and she is brilliant. Extremely professional and friendly. Today I had a facial and the Japanese head spa treatment and all I can say is wow 🤩 I came out of there feeling the most relaxed I have in a very long time. The room is so beautifully done and instantly makes you feel calm when you walk in. The heated bed is out of this world. The treatment is amazing and I felt so chilled when I left. I would highly recommend Jodie she is excellent at what she does 💕

We visited St Neots Cineworld last Saturday 11th Sept to see Practical Magic 2. We had a very difficult journey to the cinema due to diversions and then arrived at Cineworld St Neots to find our our intended film had been moved to a later slot. We were quite upset by the days events. We would like to commend Sarah, the front of house manager, for her customer service and care. She made sure we had somewhere sit and wait, gave us complementary coffee and popcorn and generally took care of us. She is an exceptional member of your staff. Thank you Sarah, for all your kindness and care.
