Binney and Sims helped us with design only for a garage conversion and porch as well as a knock through between our kitchen and dining room. Katie had some great ideas regarding the layout and we now have a functional and spacious family home. We also had our structural engineering carried out with Binney and Sims, and the advice given about building regulations and builders was invaluable. would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Binney and Sims did some deign only work for us for a garage conversion and porch. The ideas Katie came up with made the best use of our space and gave us a functional and spacious family home. Advice regarding builders, structural engineering was also invaluable and made the process much more straightforward for us. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We used Binney and Sims Ltd to undertake a ground floor reconfiguration with the addition of a large extension on the back to generate an open plan kitchen dining area. We found them very knowledgeable and helpful in taking our simple goal and bringing it to life. From there they helped us refine the details to our liking and ultimately provided the necessary building drawings so this dream could be realised. We are extremely happy with the quality of service and the fixed price arrangement.
