I have used this company twice now for a full carpet refit, both times the service has been absolutely outstanding. The fit day is made seamless due to their hard work and meticulous attention and willingness to help clear rooms of heavy items. Also, the things they can work around is quite simply amazing.

Steve and Alan are amazing builders. Our daughter had a dream to have her own house built! Theses guy’s done that and more… she has a amazing home. Steve took care of all the building legal side so we did not have to get our heads around that side of the works, he sorted all the utilities again saving us the headache. Everyone that Steve got to work on the build inside and out were just amazing. Mark the electrician was so good that he went though the plan of where everything would go, thought about the future and what could be needed then for a growing family. We all so pleased to had used SMB Builders. Thank you Steve,Debi, Hannah, Ben and the one and only Alan.

I recently sold and purchased through Giggs & McGrath - they were utterly brilliant. Their communication was fantastic and 2 month from the date we listed on market, we moved into our new home.
