Highly recommended, I was struggling with hip pain whilst marathon training and saw Elisa, Sports Therapist. She was amazing. After an assessment, exercise plan and pre/post race massages she got me ready to tackle my first marathon. Elisa was a great support, I couldn’t have done it without her so a big thank you!
