I have been receiving physiotherapy treatment for my lower back pain from Jeena Chakoo at Parks Therapy Centre, and I am extremely happy with my progress. I had been suffering from severe pain for the last three months, but today was my 5th session, and I can truly feel a big improvement.
Initially, after the first and second sessions, I could not notice much change, but gradually I started feeling much better. Jeena has deep knowledge about stretching exercises, mobility improvement, and muscle strengthening. She explains everything very clearly and guides me on how to improve my strength and flexibility.
I follow the stretching exercises she recommended two to three times every day, and they are really helping me. One of the best parts of the treatment is the way she works on my back and spinal area — it feels very relaxing and gives great relief from pain.
She is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and very supportive. I highly recommend Jeena Chakoo to anyone suffering from back pain or mobility issues.

I had recently bought an Audi and started to notice a cigarette odor within the car. I gave Dan a call and he clearly explained to me the work that was required to eliminate the odor and a rough cost with a fast date.
He maintained great contact with me prior to arrival and while he was carrying out the job.
He has done a professional job of cleaning the inside of the car, replacing the filthy cabin filter and completing the ozone treatment. My car doesnt smell like an old casino anymore and i felt it was all done at a fair price, especially as the work was carried out at my home address. He was even able to recommend some good quality floor mats which the dealership had not included with the car.
I felt Dan went the extra mile in terms of his work, has a friendly personality and his way of communicating filled me with confidence.
I'll be more than happy to use his service again.

We hired Dory today for a 4 hour session. Jade (owner) was great, she explained everything fully from how to run the boat, to where we would go on a map and where we could moore for lunch.
The boat itself was so fun! Super easy to drive and manoeuvre once you get the hang of it, I was scared at first but was a pro pretty quick!
Such a beautiful day on the river, the peace and tranquility of seeing St Neots from a different perspective was very calming. I would highly recommend this as a day out with friends, family or as a date even!
We are already making plans to book again in July, this time we will do the locks! One thing I advise is to wear suitable footwear. We wore flip flops so couldn't do the locks as you have to climb a ladder!
