I have been using Premier Plus mortgage services since 2007. The last two occasions I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Roxy. Friendly, kind, smart and knowledgeable. She has helped me as a single mum and then again 5 years later to buy my dream home with my partner. She was extremely responsive and we felt that she went above and beyond on occasions, helping with spreadsheet queries etc. We wouldn't go anywhere else for mortgage advice. I trust Roxy implicitly and would recommend both Premier Plus and Roxy to anyone and everyone. She is a credit to the company. I must also say that her colleague Hannah, was also so helpful and friendly.

Liuba is amazing! Honestly I can’t recommend enough. We haven’t seen all our photos yet only the first few snippets as our wedding was just a couple of weeks ago but we just know how amazing there going to be.
She went above and beyond on our special day. Liuba stayed in contact the whole time before our wedding and leading up made sure she had everything she needed.
On the day even helped me get in my dress which was amazing as my dress was so big and I needed extra hands.
Lots of kids with autism including my own little girl who also has some other difficulties and can come across blunt or rude but Liuba fully undertood and never judged and was amazing at being patient and so understanding. Felt incredible just having the right person made our day so special. Honestly highly recommend and will infact hire again in future

After looking long and hard on Google and let down by several architects, we were recommended Binney & Sims by a colleague.
What can I say, from the initial consultation to-date Katie the main architect has been amazing, we have not come across someone so efficient and understands the clear objectives and needs of their clients. We only had to go through 1 drawing and Katie got it right the first time and it was exactly the layout we wanted with all our wants and needs without compromising on any space. We are glad we were recommended Binney & Sims and they will most definitely be our go to architects, we will also be recommending to family and friends.
