I feel very luckily to have found Jennie whilst organising a wake for my Mother-in-laws funeral. From first contacted Jennie was professional, experienced & friendly, calling me on the phone to talk things through made the experience easier and more personal than just emails. The food on the day was perfect, we opted for an afternoon tea, there was a great selection of savoury and sweet which received lots of compliments on the day from the guests. Thank you Jennie for making this part of a very difficult day lovely.

Felt like I was always able to get in touch to get any info or updates needed throughout the process and wasn't pressured by selling tactics that some agents employ at other companies.
