I just wanted to drop you both a line to say a big thank you, for your professionalism, expertise, and hard work in selling our home.
As you know the house had been on the market for some time with a number of well known estate agents in the St.Neots area, and did not sell.
Their answer to this predicament always came down to the price being wrong even though it was a figure that they had suggested.
After weighing up the pro’s and con’s we decided to put the selling of the property into your hands as you were the new guys on the block, so we were hoping you would be more pro-active. For which you proved us right.
It was not the easiest of sales due to its location, but you both worked extremely hard and were always on hand to give good advice when needed.
Thank you once again for everything you have done, and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in the future.

When British Gas condemned our boiler Kevin came to the rescue. He fitted a new boiler both cheaper and quicker than British gas could offer. Kevin has since returned replumbing a bespoke kitchen,doing a very neat job and giving helpful advice. He turns up at the agreed time!

After the sort of day I've had today it was so lovely to come home to see everything so neat and gleaming - thank you so much. The glass, mirrors, chrome and others surfaces were shiny - even the bin looked like it had been polished! All the rooms felt fresh - just right to relax in.

Prompt,reliable service coupled with high -quality workmanship and excellent products make this a superb company to deal with! Friends recommended them to us and I'm so glad they did. When all our fences blew down in the winds mid-February 2014, they had a man (Ross, who actually also did our work) come out to assess the damage within 2 hours of calling the firm AND it was on a Saturday! Work started a week later and despite torrential rain the ever-friendly and tireless Ross completed the work in the stated time. Could not be happier and would strongly recommend. 😀

Steven of SMB Builders demolished a small wall in my garden, and rebuilt it using better bricks as the old wall was crumbling. He arrived on time, was very polite and did a really good and neat job. I would certainly use him again, and would recommend him to my family and friends.

I have just moved to St Neots and needed some urgent help getting straight in my new home. After a couple of failed promises to call me back from other traders, I called Craig. He agreed to visit after work on the same day to assess the job and quote. He ended up doing the work there and then and for a fair price.
