You found us a great house and we downsized. This all happened in the space of two months from start to finish.
We get bombarded with estate agents flyers these days, all suggesting that they can sell a house overnight. What we found with you, was that your actions speak louder than their words.
We would highly recommend you too our family and friends whenever they need to move home. We know that you will continue to succeed if you conduct yourselves in the same way and you continue to care and look after clients the way you have with us.

I would just like to say that we deal with Peter Hawkins – his company (D&E Technical Services Ltd) installed our air conditioning system and to this day maintains it for us. They are a brilliant company – if we have a problem they come out straight away and deal with it and we have an annual maintenance agreement with them. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Matt and the whole team at Giggs and Company have been truly excellent, and I simply can't recommend them enough; their experience, knowledge, patience and vast network has made buying my first house very simple. Giggs and Co have guided me during the whole process, with the perfect balance of communication, clear-cut answers, realistic advice and thankfully no hard-sell. Matt has a vision of how modern estate agencies should operate, and from my experience, and the rate at which Giggs and Co are expanding, I'd say he's about right!
