Wow what a difference! Ian came into clean our office carpets over the weekend, when coming in this morning it was like walking into a different office, looking and smelling soooo different and all for the better. We are VERY pleased with the carpets and flooring, the toilets & kitchen actually have a bit of bling, we’ve never noticed the sparkle in the flooring before!! Many thanks Ian, wonderful job, we all feel we should be wearing our carpet slippers to work!

The outcome of hiring this company is we now have 13 year old formerly stained carpets that are in as new condition. Ian aspires to provide a streamlined, professional service at good value and achieved excellence in all categories. We are no less than thrilled with the results and can hardly believe just how great the whole experience has been. At our assessment meeting Ian explained everything that the cleaning process involves, what he required of us and the cost of the work. The only thing that was not entirely clear was just how amazing his service is - it is outstanding and second to none.

We highly recommend Tina to look after your baby. As first time parents she gave us invaluable advice and support in the lead up to the birth, during her time with us and afterwards if we had a question. We booked Tina three nights one week followed by two nights the next. In hindsight we should have booked her for more nights per week as she is such a tremendous help. Tina is highly experienced and gave us suggestions/pointers as to what would be the best approach for our little man. With her great help we worked through the issues of breast/bottle feeding, colic and sleeping to name a few. One of the biggest issues was getting him to sleep through the night. In our case this wasn't so straightforward as most books or people will tell you. Needless to say by following Tina's advice our son started sleeping through the night at five months old. To summarise we can't emphasise enough what a wonderful mentor she was during a new phase in our lives.

“We used SMB to construct an upper-storey extension to our semi-detached house following a glowing personal recommendation from another friend on our road who had used SMB for ground works. They project-managed the whole scheme from groundworks to windows and completed the majority of the work apart from a few snagging issues in a short time period. We were consulted quickly over issues that arose during the construction and we are very happy with the final result. Overall, the site was kept reasonably clean and tidy with concern for the neighbours. In a parochial and conservative village where complaints relating to building work are frequent, the fact that the builders were commended by a number of neighbours for the minimal disruption to traffic and access during the construction has to be a huge recommendation. They were also significantly cheaper than expected from architects’ estimates. Overall, excellent. We are continuing to use SMB for additional work and would not hesitate to recommend them to other potential clients.

I am writing this as my baby boy naps (having settled himself) and having had consistently double the amount of sleep I have had for 6 months. Tina was so kind, friendly and comforting. She came to my house and together we went through the situation and she provided my with the confidence and motivation to try new strategies. She was then on hand by phone to review and a quick text to quell any concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend her and urge those of you struggling with sleep to make the call!
