The service of our air heat pump system was somewhat overdue. Kevin came to do the job last week and he did not beat about the bush, got on with the job and rectified some wiring problems that were part of the original installation by another company. Since I have interest in what he did, I was around to look and was impressed by his willingness to explain and also the way he tackled what appeared to be a rather difficult problem with the wiring. No need now to obtain quotes from other companies and I will use him again for future services.

Ian was recommended to sort out oak worktop and a kitchen sink that had been badly installed by someone else. Ian was professional, efficient, friendly, and full of good advice. I have some other jobs in the pipeline and I will definitely be asking Ian to come and have a look.

Kev is both knowledgeable and likable. He turns up when he says he will and does a good job. He definitely isn't out to rip anyone off, he's helped keep my 20 year old boiler running and has never tried to upsell for the sake of it. He's a clean worker and I couldn't recommend him more.

Jennie has made and re-made a wedding cake (after the caterers cut into the top tier which they’d been asked not to!) for our daughters wedding, Jennie happily re-created it for our daughter who was delighted, she has also made a baby shower cake, a christening cake and birthday cake for us.
All were beautifully decorated and each cake and flavour were absolutely delicious, I have since recommended Jennie to various friends who have been delighted with her high standard.
I found Jennie very helpful, she made each cake with such care and detail and would definitely recommend her and use her again.

We have had several cakes from Jennie over the last couple of years and they are always perfect. My 50th birthday cake this year must have taken hours and hours to decorate. Jennie is always very friendly and completely listens to your requests. She has absolutely amazing talent and her cakes genuinely are a work of art

Jennie made a fabulous Tiffany box style 18th Birthday cake for my daughter with a dozen matching cupcakes . She was thrilled and loved them! They were beautiful to look at and to eat!
