Found Jennies website while looking for a birthday cake for my daughters 30th. As she loves Verve Clicquot Champagne I thought this would a lovely surprise for her as a cake. Emailed Jennie who was so lovely and helpful even asking what flavour sponge we would like. Collected the cake on Saturday 5th march and it was breathtaking, so much work and detail, the cake looked like it was laying on a folded white napkin which was white icing. We did not want to cut it as it looked so gorgeous, but we did and the sponge was so fluffy, best we have all ever tasted,just had jam and cream which again was gorgeous. Will not hesitate to recommend this brilliant lady.

Lovely light fluffy cakes. Detailing is excellent. Jennie will accommodate any design of your choice. She is very helpful and friendly. Her attention to detail on her cakes is amazing. Her baking and decorating classes are also the best I know and I have enjoyed and learnt so much. I will always choose Jennies cakes when I need a quality cake baking for any special occasion. She's professional and she cares.

Jennie made a 50th birthday cake for my husband's surprise party. The finished cake looked great and she did everything I asked for. The cake also tasted fantastic and was commented on by many of the guests. We will be using Jennie again for my mum's 70th birthday cake. I would highly recommend Jennie!
