For us, this manifested as generating huge interest as our property was launched, at a price point we were very comfortable with. This relentless energy led to 9 viewings and offers on the table within a week. We put much of this success down to integrity - they are straight talking and spoke about the appeals and reservations of the property with us and buyers alike.
After sales, the same high level of service continued. We had a short yet demanding chain where not everyone was always on the same page. Giggs was the glue that kept it together, demonstrating accomplished stakeholder management which combined with their well developed professional network meant they could turn problems into opportunities. We can't recommend the team enough.
