Terrible service- 2 years ago I sought help with a separation, numerous items to deal with + a court case in march 2020 to hopefully end a 3year split- 2years on its 90% over, my assigned solicitor was as much use as limp lettuce, any get up and go had has long since gone, unprofessional,unresponsive with a catologue of errors through out and finally- files an incorrect witness statement with the court without my approval or signature-shambolic service-im now having to converse with the other parties solicitor directly. this solicitor has achieved nil for me,id say if anything he was detrimental to me-stay clear of this practice, ive submitted a formal complaint to the Legal Ombudsman in the hope others do not experience such poor service....never again!

We needed our oil boiler replaced urgently due to it breaking down (mid COVID-19 crisis). I called and Daniel from Thermo-Flow came to have a look that same day (Friday). He sent the quote through that afternoon which was very competitive and also very clear with a breakdown of all costs. What was particularly good was any optional additional parts/items where clearly shown separately which made the quote very honest and transparent. We decided to go ahead with the quote and work commenced on the Monday. Very professional (as was his apprentice), very tidy, explained what he was doing throughout and the work was of a very high standard. We could smell a small amount of oil at the weekend after the work was complete and so text Daniel (a Saturday) asking if he could pop over on the Monday. He was in the area and so popped to us about an hour later (this was just residue oil from the breakdown which has seeped up through our floor - which was completely ruined by the breakdown!). Great service especially as it was a weekend and his day off! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future for any other work that may need/want doing , along with the annual servicing. The quote amount was exactly what we paid, no additional costs were added by Thermo-Flow at the end. They really, really impressed me from start to finish. Thank you!
