From the moment I went into Giggs & Co I was greeted by warm & friendly staff, I was introduced to Vicky who has dealt with me the whole way through, along with Luke, I couldn’t have ask for a more friendlier young lady and who made me feel I was in good hands and that they really were working for me and I wasn’t just a job. I can’t thank Vicky enough for everything she did for me, any questions or doubts I had, Vicky answered them quickly and kept me informed throughout and also kept her word, she made me feel relaxed and confident in the decision I was making, without her support, professionalism and friendly approach the process wouldn’t have been as easy as it was. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They always returned calls and kept the sale on track. I didn’t have to chase the solicitors at all as they all communicated so well. I was very impressed, especially considering I lost out on two previous properties because other companies were not so helpful or proactive. A big thank you to everyone there for a stress free purchase!

The choice we did was right, Giggs sold the house in 2-3 weeks and when the chain was completed, we managed to finish it in 10 weeks just a few days before the end of Stamp Duty Holiday!!
