The staff that I have dealt with in particular Hannah Fox have been very helpful, professional, happy. I always felt that if I had any issues or concerns that she would do her very best to address my concerns and put my mind at rest. She explained things to me so that I could understand them. I really appreciated the fact that if I hadn't been in touch for a week or so , she would give me a courtesy call just to see how my search was progressing. I would thoroughly recommend using Premier Plus.

We needed our oil boiler replaced urgently due to it breaking down (mid COVID-19 crisis). I called and Daniel from Thermo-Flow came to have a look that same day (Friday). He sent the quote through that afternoon which was very competitive and also very clear with a breakdown of all costs. What was particularly good was any optional additional parts/items where clearly shown separately which made the quote very honest and transparent. We decided to go ahead with the quote and work commenced on the Monday. Very professional (as was his apprentice), very tidy, explained what he was doing throughout and the work was of a very high standard. We could smell a small amount of oil at the weekend after the work was complete and so text Daniel (a Saturday) asking if he could pop over on the Monday. He was in the area and so popped to us about an hour later (this was just residue oil from the breakdown which has seeped up through our floor - which was completely ruined by the breakdown!). Great service especially as it was a weekend and his day off! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future for any other work that may need/want doing , along with the annual servicing. The quote amount was exactly what we paid, no additional costs were added by Thermo-Flow at the end. They really, really impressed me from start to finish. Thank you!
