Binney and Sims designed a ground-floor extension and garage conversion for us in late 2020, and provided a fantastic service. Katie, the architect, was incredibly helpful throughout the design process, creating a wonderful plan based on our initial wishlist. The team then managed the whole planning permission process on our behalf, making it totally painless. They also recommend an excellent construction company and briefed them on the work. We're delighted with the end results, and very grateful to all at Binney and Sims for turning our vague plans into really lovely extra living space.

I found the physiotherapist at Parks Therapy superb! My therapist was extremely knowledgable about my injury and gave me great advice. He was also very understanding about what I had done and has given me realistic expectations on recovery. What I really liked about the appointments was that there wasn’t a sell sell sell approach it was a see how you get on and we are here if you need us approach which I find refreshing!!! I would highly recommend a visit if you have aches and pains or sports injuries like me!

Amy was great at identifying my problem and giving me exercises that have already improved my shoulder significantly.<br>I was placed under no pressure to have a second appointment however I did as I wanted to ensure my recovery was going in the right direction and can claim back costs anyway.<br>I would recommend Parks Therapy Centre in particular Amy to friends if they are looking to have physio.

Great post-sales service.<br><br>I bought an electric fireplace, and nearly after a year i started having an issue with it. The team here provided excellent post-sales support. They directly contacted the manufacturer to get an engineer sent out to my house. Throughout the process they were also checking in to make sure everything went smoothly.<br><br>I always admire companies when something goes wrong (this is life, things happen), that they take ownership of the issue and ensure the issue gets resolved.<br><br>Not only do they offer great prices for fireplaces as well as services to install them. But it's really reassuring to know should something go wrong, that they will go above and beyond to help fix it for you.<br><br>I will be using this service again! :)
